It has been recently announced that AFI’s new record ‘Crash Love’ is coming out 29th September, with the first single Medicate coming out a month or so before. As a big fan of the band, I’m really excited for the album, which bass player Hunter Burgan claims will be:
More of a rock album–more immediate and definitely more of a focused, direct approach musically.
Produced by Joe McGrath (Blink 182, Morrisey, Alkaline Trio) and Jacknife Lee (U2, REM, Weezer), I’m looking forward to the more direct rock approach of the record and also the well publicised ‘fans involvement’ with the record.
